The receptionist was lovely helpful and polite offered us drinks then took us to Matt. Matt fully explained the car took us for a test drive and walked us through the time scales also how to change our personal registration number, insurance etc etc

Conveniently for me it was possible to handle some of the extra service jobs that day. This fast scheduling was arranged by Sarah Burt in Service Reception and by James in the Service Team. Plus Sarah arranged a lively BMW 320i M as a courtesy car.
